• These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian laws for the time being in force, without giving effect to its conflict of laws, provisions or your actual place or area of residence, and you agree to submit to personal jurisdiction to the courts at Ahmedabad in the State of Gujarat in India.
